LESSON FEES

Fees are discussed and agreed upon before regular sessions begin.

2022/2023 lesson fees are $62 per hour, available as half hour and 45 minute lessons as well.

Fees are due during the first lessions of each month. No exceptions.

INDIVIDUALLY SCEHDULED LESSONS/COACHINGS

Fees are discussed and agreed upon prior to the first session.

Payment is due at the beginning of each session. No exceptions. Late payment will result in the forfeiture of your reserved time.

MISSED LESSON/COACHING

24 hour notice of absence from a lesson or coaching by the Instructor or Client. Effort will be made to re-book at a mutually agreeable time.

If the Client has not given 24 hour notice, the Client will be charged for the missed lesson.

EXAMS, FESTIVALS, PERFORMANCES, AUDITIONS, ROLE PREPARATION

It is the Client's responsibility to inform the Instructor of their desire to prepare for Conservatory exams, performances, auditions, or roles in reasonable time for proper preparation (and booking of the Instructor as accompanist).

Any entrance fees are the responsibility of the Client.

MATERIALS

It is the Client's responsibility to acquire materials needed for the session unless the Instructor already has the materials.

If the Instructor is expected to acquire materials for the student - books, downloaded music - (with student's/parent's prior agreement, and that the Instructor does not already possess), payment for these materials must be provided before the Instructor acquires them.

ARRANGEMENT/TRANSCRIPTION AND OTHER MUSICAL SERVICES

Fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the onset of the project.

Typically, half of the fee is due at the start, and the remaining fee is due at the completion of the project.
